IMPORTANT – The Homeowner Sales team will be delivering a restricted service until Autumn 2022.

 

We have taken onboard your feedback to provide a quicker, self-service option when purchasing additions for your new homes. However, to achieve this, we need to temporarily restrict the service we provide to the following products:

 

– Integrated dishwasher frontal and / or appliance
– Integrated washing machine frontal and / or appliance
– Integrated tumble dryer frontal and / or appliance
– Integrated, built under fridge frontal and / or appliance
– Integrated, built under freezer frontal and / or appliance
– Integrated fridge/freezer housings and / or appliance
– Plinth, filler, or plant on end panel(s) to accompany above

 

Once the full service is reinstated these restrictions will be lifted and customers will be able to make additional purchases from our full range.
Enquiries submitted before 10th May 2022 will not be affected, but please note that quotations are only valid for 31 days from issue. If your quotation expiries before you place your order, we will only be able to supply the products available on our restricted service.

*To provide you with a quote you must be the legal owner and living in the property.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY SAMPLES THROUGH OUR HOMEOWNER SALES DEPARTMENT.
Your order will be quoted on a SUPPLY ONLY basis, so you will need to arrange your own kitchen fitter to install your items for you.
1  TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS 
When planning your request for additional units please ensure you have the correct measurements as we are not able to provide a design and measure service. Your kitchen fitter should be able to help you with this.

3  PLACE AN ORDER
We accept payment for your additional units order either over the phone by card or by BACS.
4  DELIVERY
Your additional units will be delivered to your home address, unless otherwise stated. You will need to arrange for an authorised person to be present at the time of delivery to provide access to your property and sign for the delivery.
