Tristram Oman (CEO)
Appointed to Chief Executive Officer in August 2022, Tristram is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Roundel. With over 10 years in the industry, Tristram has a breadth of experience in the UK contract kitchen market.
Martyn Cole (Chief Operating Officer)
Appointed to the board in 2019, Martyn’s leadership abilities, coupled with his passion for sustained and scalable organisation, places him at the forefront of the company's service strategy, which underpins continued business growth.
