	This material has been and still is very popular for kitchen worktops, it comes in a variety of colours and textures, so you will always find your taste in laminate. These form of worktops are easy to maintain and include touches such as a "hot melt seal" or "drip seal" to repel water to stop spillages running along the base of the worktop and into your kitchen units. The base of every worktop is backed with a protective layer, to prolong the life of the board. Our Worktop Range is 40mm only

	Our Designer worktops are based upon the highly fashionable laminate finishes above, but have the added feature of Multiplex edging. These have been specifically designed so that each worktop gives an exciting creative touch to your kitchen, adding that extra sparkle and individuality. This is a PVC material which is bonded onto the front edge of the worktop. This allows the worktops to be available in many shapes. The edging's shown below are available as 'mix n match'.

Granite
Granite is the most common type of stone used for a worktop and is perhaps the most desirable of kitchen worktop materials. It looks beautiful and is very hard wearing. Worktops are made from slabs of raw granite rock, cut to the exact shape required and then polished to a very smooth hard surface. As a natural material, no two pieces of granite are alike, ensuring that each worktop is a unique creation giving a great character to your kitchen.
